4.1. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. 4.2. Course access is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred. 4.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any course at any time. 4.4. Access duration for courses will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your relationship with us.

REFUND POLICY

9.1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. 9.2. Refunds are at our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 9.3. No refunds will be issued after accessing more than 25% of course content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

COURSE COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATION

Resources may be shared between platforms as deemed appropriate

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
